Ingredients

1/2 cup Maple syrup
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Fresh cream, (35 percent)
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Combine ingredients and boil until the sauce is reduced by half. Pour over ice cream or warm apple coffee cake.
