rice: cooked with saffron and chicken stock, instead of plain water. now drain a can of pineapple chucks and sear them in a pan. then add chicken into pan, along with some onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, chili sauce, and black bean sauce. add water (or wine) to the pan to deglaze and to create some sauce. and also add some corn starch slurry to thicken if desired. serve over the rice and enjoy! i also topped mine off with fresh diced tomato, green onion, some toasted sesame seeds, and a few slices of jalepeno for a bit of crunch.
