Ingredients
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
3 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons lime juice
6 teaspoons fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground red chile pepper
Preparation

In a small bowl, mix garlic, sugar, citrus juice, water and fish sauce until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Stir in the chile pepper little by little until desired desired hotness is achieved.
