Red onion
Syrian
bread
(aka
fresh pita bread)
Preparation

Combine peas, lemon, tahini, and garlic together in a food processor.
Blend
until smooth.

Spoon
out onto a
plate

Drizzle olive oil on
top

Sprinkle paprika on
top

Serve
with chunks of red onion and Syrian
bread
on the side
