Baked Scampi With Garlic and Chilli

Ingredients
9 pieces Scampis-
1 tablespoon
Sea salt-
(adjust to taste)
a dash of
white pepper
3 cloves of
garlic-
chopped into bits
2 bird's eye
chilli-
diced with
chilli
bits
1 tablespoon
of
butter
or
olive oil
Preparation

Wash
the scampis under running water

Marinate
it with
salt
and pepper, chilli and garlic

Leave it in the fridge for at least 30 mins

Place knob of butter into pyrex
plate,
heat
it a little in the oven-under
grill
(150 deg for 20 mins)

Place the ingredients into the
plate
it into the oven,

Scampi should
turn
red when cooked. Eat while hot.
