Boiled Potato Wedges

Ingredients

2 lg. baking potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons melted butter mixed with 1 tsp. dried basil and ΒΌ tsp.

Preparation

Arrange potatoes on a foil lined cookie sheet. Brush with oil. Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes. Brush with butter mixture. Broil 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned and tender.
