Satisfying Slow Cooker Italian Stew With Cannellini Beans and Kale

Ingredients

2 cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
4 cups kale, cut into bite sized pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons basil, dried
1/2 large lemon, juiced
1/2 large onion, diced
pinch red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
8 tablespoons parmesan cheese , shredded

Preparation

Brown ground turkey in skillet over medium heat until cooked through, approximately 15 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and cook over low heat for 8 hours.

Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
