small King Bolete Mushrooms

Large Lemon Balm Leaves

1

bunch Chives with Flowers

Lemon

Olive Oil

Salt

Preparation

Step 1

With a sharp knife or mandoline cut boletes into very thin slices. Toss with a squeeze of lemon, drizzle of oil, sprinkle of salt, and chopped chives.

Step 2

Place a spoonful on a lemon balm leaf and sprinkle with chive flowers.
