Fish Manchuria

Ingredients

1 Crucian fish- medium size (clean and cut)
Oil required
1/2 inch Ginger- piece- chopped finely
4 cloves Garlic- finely chopped
2 tablespoons Chilli sauce-
2 tablespoons Tomato sauce-
2 tablespoons Soy sauce-
1 Onion- large chopped finely
3 tablespoons Cashew-
2 Spring onions- stems chopped finely
Capsicum- optional
Ingredients for marination:-
2 tablespoons Maida- (all purpose flour)
2 tablespoons Corn flour-
Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon Chilli powder-
1/4 tablespoon Dhaniya powder-
1/4 tablespoon Zeera powder-
1 tablespoon Fish masala-
If intrested add red colour

Preparation

Procedure for marination:-

First take a bowl add fish and then add all the marination ingredients and mix well.

Now marinate it for 30 min.

Now take a pan and spread oil and fry these fish in medium flame until cooked well and keep aside.

Procedure for gravy:

Now take medium size wok or pan add oil then fry ginger garlic pieces ,green chillis ,curry leaves and cashew until the ginger garlic and cashew turns goldish colour .

Now add the onions and spring onions and fry well until transculent.

Now add the chilli sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce and mix well and sprinkle salt little bit a pinch and add chopped coriander leaves and add the fried fish and mix carefully and serve it as a snack or starter before lunch or dinner.

Serve this when guests come to u it is very easy and does not takes much time. believe me it is very tasty also try this u will like this.
