Mango lassi Popsicles

Ingredients

Fresh Mangoes - 2, skinned and chopped
Kefir or Regular Buttermilk - 3-4 cups
Heavy cream - 1/4 cup, optional
Sugar - 4 tbsp to 1/4 cup, depending on the sweetness of mangoes and how sweet you want the popsicle to be

Preparation

Beat all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze anywhere from 6-8 hours, until set.

If you don't have popsicle molds, you can pour into a regular container and freeze and serve as frozen mango lassi.

Use additional toppings like roasted and crushed pistachios, crushed peanut brittle etc.
