pork chops
(about 1 lb.)
1/2 cup
water
1 can
cream
of
celery
or
Preparation

Can
be made either in oven or in electric
skillet.
For
skillet;
brown
chops
on both sides, pour off drippings. Add soup and water. Cover and
bake
for about 45 minutes or until tender.

For oven: Place
chops
in
baking
dish.
Cover with soup. Add water and
bake
until tender. The
juice
may then be
thickened
for gravy.
