Preparation

Mix almonds, sugar, zest, orange blossom, vanilla extract, melted butter in a mixer until all the ingredients are incorporated, form balls with the mixture.

Take one filo, spread it with melted butter.

Place the ball in the center,brush the outline with egg yolk, fold to form a flower.

Place them on a sheet covered with parchment paper.

Put in a preheated oven 325 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

Dip in warm honey, let drain.
