Chavrie Guacamole

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Tabasco

Preparation

Split the avocado in half remove the core and scoop pulp into food processor bowl.

Puree until smooth.

Add lemon juice, lime juice , cumin, Tabasco and Chavrie® mix well.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove from the food processor and fold in the diced tomato.

Serve immediately with tortilla chips. This is a great new twist on a classic dip! The goat cheese adds a cream zing that will impress all your guests. Great for summer BBQ's and Fourth of July. Cut your prep time by simply blending goat cheese (such as Chavrie®) with prepared guacamole. Enjoy!
