Eggless coconut macaroons
* Sweetened coconut flakes - 4 cups
* Condensed milk - 3/4 cup
* Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
* Sour cream - 1 tbsp
* Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
* Chocolate syrup - 1 tbsp (optional)
Combine condensed milk, baking soda, sour cream and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add coconut flakes gradually and mix all the ingredients that they are evenly mixed.
Preheat the oven to 325 deg F. Scoop the macaroons in a baking sheet giving enough space.
Now place the sheet into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. The bottoms of the macaroons should be little dark brown. After it cools down, if using chocolate syrup drizzle on macaroons.
