Ingredients

1 bag 2 lb. bag hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tablespoons onion
1 can 16 oz. container of sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese, grated
Pepper
Potato chips, crushed

Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish.

Top with crushed potato chips.

Bake for one hour at 375 degrees. Delicious, quick and easy!!
