Ingredients

What You Will Need:
1 small onion, diced
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
medium size sauce pan
a wooden spoon
and a serving dish

Preparation

How Did I Make IT:

Cook 1 cup of white rice in 2 cups of boiling water, when the water begins to boil por in the 1 cup of white rice. Put the heat on low and let it cook for 15 minutes.

While the rice is cooking dice the onion.

Take out a small pan and put in a tablespoon of oil and turn the heat to medium low heat, when the oil is hot then put in the diced onions and saute them untel the onions are cooked.

In a small bowl whisk 2 eggs and pour it in with the grilled onions, and stir the onions and eggs together until the eggs are cooked.

When the rice is done and the eggs and onions are cooked in a large bowl mix the rice,cooked eggs and the grilled onions together.

Then add 3 tablespoons of soysauce ontop of the rice mixture and stir well intel all the ingredients are mixed together.

Season the fried rice with salt and pepper and serve the rice.
