Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Rinse off mushrooms, remove stems and inside of caps and save.
Chop stems into small pieces with knife or food processor.
Cook sausage and spices in a large skillet, breaking up sausage to small pieces.
When sausage is no longer pink, add chopped stems and continue cooking until stems are soft.
Arrange mushrooms on cookie sheet and fill caps with sausage mixture.
