Easy Vegetable Pizza On A Whole Wheat Crust

Ingredients

1 medium red bell (capsicum) peppers, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium tomato , seeded and thinly sliced
2 cups mushroom , sliced
1 cup basil
4 cups light mozzarella cheese, shredded
cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour

Preparation

Make pizza dough per directions for your bread machine.

Roll dough out into 2 14″ round circles.

Top dough with pizza sauce, 1 cup cheese, layer vegetables and basil, then top with another cup cheese.

Bake on pizza stone for 12 – 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted and dough is cooked through.
