Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients

5 pounds spareribs, cut into 2 rib pieces or quantity sufficien
1/2 cup catsup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup bottled steak sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Hickory smoke salt
1 teaspoon instant minced onion

Preparation

Put ribs on rack in pan. Brown in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Turn, brown other side for 10-15 minutes.

Drain fat. Put ribs in slow cooker.

Combine ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours.
