Chicken Breasts
300 grams
Peanut Butter
75 grams
Tomato Paste
(also Concentrate)

Cube
Chicken Stock
1
Onion
2
Cloves
Garlic
2 teaspoons
(Brown)
Sugar
Wasabi
Soy Sauce
Sesame
Seads
White Pepper
Sunflower Oil
Preparation

Chop
onion and garlic; add sugar, sesame
seeds
and wasabi (to taste); slowly
fry
in sunflower oil

Boil
3 to 4 dl water w/ chicken stock and tomato paste; add to onion
mix
and leave to
stew

Cut
chicken breasts in bite-size pieces; place in a bowl and add soy sauce and white pepper to
taste;
leave to
marinate
for 20 minutes

Add peanut butter to sauce; add soy sauce to
taste

Fry
chicken in sunflower oil
.
