Really Fattening & Really Delicious Cheddar Cheese Chowder
4 mediums potatoes, peeld and diced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 cup diced green pepper (gee it still SOUNDS healthy...wazzup?)
cup butter (oh, now I get it)
3 1/2 cups milk
4 cups (1 lb.) shredded CHEDDAR CHEESE (face it, your arteries are clogging as you read this 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Combine water and bouillon cubes in a Dutch oven and bring to a boil.
Add vegetables, cover and simmer 12 minutes.
