Ingredients
3 loaves sliced
bread
1
green pepper
1/2 pound
pepperoni
or
hard salami
1/2 pound sharp
cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon
Italian spices
1 sm. can
tomato paste
Preparation
1
Trim
crusts from
bread
and
roll
flat with
rolling
pin.
Grind
the green pepper, pepperoni and cheese together. Add Italian spices and tomato paste.
Mix
together. Spread on
bread
and
roll.
Brush each with
melted butter.
Bake
until
brown.
These may be
frozen
but don't butter
rolls
until
baking
.
