Fudgy Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter(room temperature)
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla paste(or vanilla extract)
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powders through a mesh strainer into a bow.

In the bowl of a mixer, cream the butter and shortening.

Add the cocoa/sugar and mix slowly.

While the mixer is running, add the vanilla, slowly add the milk until frosting is smooth and creamy.

Mix till combined.

Add more or less milk if desired to make the frosting creamier/spreadable
