Eva Mendes Loves Bread, and Other Diet Secrets

Despite her lithe yet curvaceous figure, Eva Mendes loves bread, and she's proud to trumpet that fact. "People are always surprised when I bread in restaurants," she confessed to Zest magazine. "I mostly stick to wholemeal, though."

Eva Mendes' other diet secrets include avoiding white food -- such as white pasta, rice and bread -- in favor of darker foods. She also eats plenty of brown rice and fish, and avoids meat altogether. The 37-year-old actress is also a serious fan of cardio, committing to a strict regimen of sprinting and interval running three to four times a week, with ashtanga yoga and light weightlifting to mix things up.
