After filming the current season of Jersey Shore, Snooki got serious about getting in shape. The guidette recently paid a visit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show and talked about the diet that has helped her lose weight.
"Pretty much just cut back on the drinking and partying. Eating good,” Snooki told Ellen. “Don't eat past seven. Eat a lot of chicken and vegetables. Work out when you can.”
The reality star also admitted that she has cut back on her partying ways. Instead of binge drinking on a regular basis, Snooki is happy with quiet nights at home and a couple of glasses of wine a week.
