Sharon Osbourne is on the Atkins diet. The television personality chose the carb-free diet to help her lose 25 pounds before her 60th birthday next month.
"I've struggled with my weight for years, and I wanted a diet plan that would ensure I look and feel great," Osbourne told viewers of The Talk. "After looking at other weight-loss plans, I realized that Atkins is the best plan for me because my body -- like many women my age -- doesn't process sugar and refined carbs well."
Osbourne revealed she has already lost 11 pounds in two weeks.
