Rosie O’Donnell is on Pescetarian Diet, Not Vegan

October 17, 2012

After suffering from a heart attack, Rosie O'Donnell made the wise decision of finally changing her diet to help get healthier. While reports suggested the TV personality was on a vegan diet, O'Donnell revealed she is actually following a pescetarian diet.

"It's plant-based -- no animal products at all," she said. "It's basically vegetarian, but we do eat fish -- it's actually called pescetarian. I do miss steak, cheeseburgers, cheese -- I miss dairy in general. But I feel so much better already."

O'Donnell will appear on the Dr. Oz Show on October 25th to talk more about her diet and her new perspective on life.
