No-Bake Watermelon Cake and 4 More No-Bake Cakes

June 21, 2014

During the summer, the last thing you want to do is turn on your oven and heat up your house.  No-bake icebox cakes are the perfect solution to your baking woes.  These cakes are cool and creamy and no oven is required.  Pudding, ice cream, whipped cream will be part of your no-bake pantry rather than the usual suspects - flour, sugar, and eggs.  Some no-bake cakes are a simple as covering a watermelon in whipped cream while others take a little more time like stacking chocolate dipped graham crackers with whipped cream and caramel. Enjoy these icebox treats all summer long.
