Quick and Easy Chicken Burger That Will Rock Your World

December 11, 2015

Christmas shopping requires fuel to get through the experience.  When I survive a long day of fighting the crowds, I know that this recipe is quick and easy to whip up when I get home, no matter how tired I am. A burger is made lighter by using chicken instead. Then, add to it the richness of avocado and tangy Monterey Jack cheese. It's too delicious to be this easy to make a meal. Thanks to Lady Catherine for sharing this recipe with us. It's a winner!

One of the best tips I can share is to use the chicken breast and pound each one as thin as you can. So, for my littles, I can make 3 chicken burgers out of one 1/2 a breast. It also makes the cook time super short, so dinner is even faster to the table. It's foolproof!
