You may have noticed restaurants pouring cups of bone broth to patrons as an amuse bouche to open the palette and awaken the senses. This nourishing beverage is fortified with flavor and filled with healing properties. Bones contain numerous minerals including phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium that strengthen your own bones and joints while also boosting immunity. As an additional bonus, bone broth has also been known to assist with weight loss. You can sip a cup at a time or use it as a base for a heartier soup like a vegetable soup or ramen.
