About
I have a secret love affair for the combination of orange and cranberries, mix in banana and I am in pure heaven. This bread is so moist, it has all the combinations, sweetness from the banana's, a little tart from the cranberries and a light taste of orange. Besides the taste, the best part about this bread is no oil or butter! Healthy, tasty and ohhhhh, so good!

Delicious -- however, I didn't follow the recipe. I did not have the orange extract or cranberries on hand, so I left those out and added just a little orange zest. It turned out fine. Also, I made a dozen muffins (baked for 25 mins) instead of a loaf of bread. I'm sure they would be even better with the cranberries and orange extract. : )
