Huacatay

About

Herb used in Peru and Bolivia to make a green sauce. Huacatay is described as a cross between basil and mint with a slight anise flavor. If you can't get fresh, frozen is best. It's also sold as a paste in jars, but this is preserved with vinegar, which changes the flavor.
