Turbot

About

Turbot is a marine flatfish native to the marine/brackish waters of the North Atlantic. It is highly prized for its delicate flavor. It is farmed in France, Spain, Turkey, Chile, Norway and China.

Turbot may be baked, poached or pan-fried.
