Veal Heart

About

Veal heart is similar to Beef heart only smaller. Veal heart is tender and has a delicate flavor.

It should be rinsed well in cold water and blood vessels and connective tissues should be cut out. One must also take care when sauteing or grilling this, it should be cooked slowly or else it will become very tough when it's well done.
