Procuring: A unique baby lima for temperate climates where hot summers are the exception. The flat, 6 inch long pods grow on compact, 36 inch tall plants that are semi-vining but can typically be grown with or without trellising

Social/Political

History: Popular in Atlanta and Georgia in the 1880's. Jackson Wonder’ was developed by Thomas Jackson of Atlanta, and introduced commercially in 1888 by David Landreth & Sons of Philadelphia.
