St. Louis Ribs

About

Saint Louis ribs are cut from pork spare ribs and are typically cooked at medium heat using a good smoking grill, and are set apart from others in that the brisket bone is removed and they are prepared using tangy St. Louis barbecue sauce and are re-sauced often while they cook to allow for caramelizing.
