We are thrilled to announce that IFBC is coming back to Seattle in 2015!
Organized by Foodista.com and Zephyr Adventures, IFBC was the first-ever conference for food bloggers, first held in May of 2009. The series focuses on three themes: Food, Writing, and Technology. This event will feature high-quality educational sessions, personal networking opportunities, and what 95% of attendees say is the best food and wine of any blogging conference! Join us for our SEVENTH annual conference in beautiful Seattle, Washington!
Dates: September 18 - 20, 2015
Location: The Sheraton Seattle Hotel
Registration Fee: $195 / $495
*The cost of registration for all participants is $495. However, for food bloggers with an active blog who agree to write at least three posts about the conference, the cost is only $195. You can choose to write about anything you want - the conference itself, the venue, the sponsors, or the food - and can do so before, during, or immediately after the conference. This is our way of supporting food bloggers as you attempt to make a living (or cut costs from) your food blogging.

If you have a discerning palate and a zest for life, we have something for you. Crafting gourmet popcorn is a passion for us, and you won't find anything less than our best available every day. Nothing gives us more pleasure than finding the finest quality ingredients and transforming them into unique and delicious treats. Our goal is simple: to be the world's best gourmet popcorn company by providing our customers with the most delicious and unique gourmet popcorn varieties.
Flavors range from Hawaiian Salted Caramel and Brown Butter & Sea Salt to Coconut Macaroon. We love creating intriguing flavor combinations, and have new popcorn flavors on offer monthly in our store on 3rd and Pike in downtown Seattle, within sight of the historic Pike Place Market. We always have something interesting brewing in our test kitchen, so stop by often to try the latest concoctions.

Do you remember the amazing cupcakes from last year? So do we. That’s why we are excited to welcome back Cupcake Royale! For those who may have missed out last year:
Cupcake Royale was founded in 2003 as Seattle’s first cupcake bakery and café. In fact, Cupcake Royale is the nation’s first cupcake bakery to open outside of NYC! So you can imagine that many of our friends and neighbors didn’t know quite what to expect.
Turns out, our hunch was right, and our delicious, made-from-scratch-daily cupcakes were an instant hit. Most folks who came in had never had a scratch baked cake (Betty Crocker doesn’t count!) or a buttercream frosting made using only real and premium ingredients (like sweet local butter and dark Belgium chocolate).
The best part of Cupcake Royale is that our cupcakes are paired with delicious artisan espresso under the house brand of Verite Coffee. We’re Seattleites – milk alone just won’t cut it here! From day one, we were dedicated to the notion that a good business gives back to the community that supports them – it’s the virtuous circle of life.
We care deeply about baking delicious cupcakes, crafting amazing espresso, and creating sustainable communities and joyous experiences.

IFBC would like to welcome The Hunt Club back for another great time this year at IFBC!
Everyone loves a cozy neighborhood restaurant. A local dining destination and just minutes from downtown, The Hunt Club is a favorite Seattle restaurant and bar among residents and visitors alike.
It’s a place for celebrations. A gathering place close to the hearts of folks who live here. With a warm, inviting atmosphere, and authentic, delicious cuisine, you’ll always feel welcome here – and you’ll want to keep coming back.
Executive Chef Dan Gilmore prepares classic cuisine, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. Chef’s philosophy in the kitchen is to balance seasonality, sensibility and simplicity.
Come in for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just take a seat at the bar before a night on the town. (Happy Hour is served twice daily, even on weekends!) Oh, and our brunch, served Saturday and Sunday, is a local tradition.
And when the experience must match the mood, the Hunt Club, with bolster pillows and cushioned banquettes, is the place for a romantic night out. The Sorrento’s porte-cochere is reminiscent of an Italian piazza, with all the romance of a trattoria. You can also extend your evening with dessert or after-dinner drinks in the cozy Fireside Room.
