A perennial holiday classic, Christmas isn't complete without a tray of homemade chocolate fudge. This recipe from Foodie Crush promises to be the "best." It smooth, creamy, and with some crunch from the pecans. This is great to bring to a cookie swap or to serve on Christmas.
Chocolate Fudge with Pecans
Recipe from Foodie Crush
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, or 8 tablespoons (room temperature)
12 oz. package Ghirardelli semi sweet chocolate chips
2 cups of sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12- 15 large, fresh marshmallows
¾ cups chopped nuts (I use pecans)
1 teaspoon vanilla
