The Great Meltdown was born out of my love to cook, to entertain, and to tell my friends of all of the great foodie adventures I've experienced to date. My hope for this site is that I'll be able to connect fellow foodies from across the country through our shared love for the classic, great American burger. And, who doesn't love a tasty burger, right?
