I love my husband/best friend with mad passion and my children Son 19-daughter-11. I live in Austin, Texas but was born and raised in San Jose, California. My Mom lives 2 blocks from me and most of my friends are considered my family. I am very passionate about food and I love to learn about it's origins. I've been known to take off on a whim when there is a new food that I have heard about and must try. I have been cooking since I could reach the easy bake oven. I enjoy casual entertaining with friends and look forward to all seasons, but mostly Fall, when all five senses come alive and I'm inspired to be creative in my kitchen. I consider myself a culinary adventurer. I love listening to others talk about food and their cultural history. I am currently writing a cookbook which will document all the eclectic recipes I have learned and created over the years.
