I love to try new methods and ways of cooking. At one time(before children) I had a very small catering business. Food for small gatherings, usually for friends. Now I enjoy cookin for my family and co- workers. I teach pre-school and once a week we have a cooking lesson to go along with our letter of the week. This week, tiny tomatoes with tasty dressing.Guess what the letter of the week is!!!!!! I also make historical shadow boxes, needle work and yarn work.
