Think "Mise en Place" but backwards. I try to record my food adventures in the kitchen, in the grocery store, in the restaurant, and in my friend's homes. I also write about nutrition in various sites, and I share these writings with my friends and readers. I am in culinary school right now, and I LOVE IT! We were introduced to this awesome website in school! How fun!
