Ficus
About
Ficus refers to the fig, a sweet, seedy fruit of the ficus or fig tree. There are several varieties, common ones being the Mission, Brown Turkey and Kadota. Figs are eaten fresh or used in cakes, pastries, cookies and Mediterranean dishes.
