Signorina Spaghetti

Hello!
I am Linda, an Italian food blogger based in Brussels, whose mission is to preserve and spread real Italian food culture and delicious recipes everywhere!
Right after I moved here to work, leaving my beautiful region, Le Marche, I couldn't avoid noticing that Italian cuisine is really misinterpreted and misunderstood abroad!
For someone like me, who profoundly loves her country and traditions, and above all, cooking, it was really necessary to start sharing real and easy Italian recipes, to eradicate prejudices and also to fulfill that genuine curiosity that I often see in people when they ask me: "how do you really cook fresh tomato sauce?".
Italian food is not just pasta and pizza, and above all, it is simple and based on fresh ingredients. Still have doubts?
