Really love to cook and try new recipes. Probably spend more time reading every book and magazine around then actually cooking. My speciality is good ole southern and cajun food. At Mardi Gras we fry five turkeys and before we place them in the hot oil, we have a parade of turkeys complete with a band playing and us parading around the pool throwing beads to all in attendance. It's alot of fun and something we all look forward to. I make my famous white chocolate bread pudding (not low fat!) and have them begging for more.
