Maybe I just watch too much Top Chef or read too many food blogs like so many other people today, but, really, I just love cooking and food and the community that surrounds it. I’m a college student in Manhattan, trying to eat healthy foods (most of the time) and be conscious of what I’m eating. I keep Kosher, don’t eat meat often, love tasting foods from all over the world, and trying to make things from scratch. The foods that I put on this blog are mostly quick and easy, but come out looking impressive and tasting great.
