Cooking has become a passion of mine in so many ways as cooking doesn't have to be just another thing we all must do. I find cooking to be an art, a way to express myself and definately makes me feel as if I have some sort of control in a crazy life. Learning different cooking/baking techniques is like a hobby for me as well. I own more cookbooks than should be legally allowed and love to read them just as people would novels. I get a thrill when I see all the shiny pictures of various recipes in magazines and love to collect recipes from everywhere.
