I moved to China last year from food-crazed NYC. Now I'm trying to eat, cook, and learn as much as possible about in this strange yet exciting city, and travel and see as many places as I can while I am here.

The locals in this sprawling 12million+ city say they eat everything with four legs except a table, and everything that flies except an airplane. If they eat everything that is sold at the markets, well, that's pretty accurate...
