I'm a food and travel writer living in Vancouver, Canada. For as long as I can remember, cooking has been one of my passions. I never aspired to be a chef. Simply, I've always wanted to be the best home cook that I can be. I began my blog, Gratinee, as a way of documenting my adventures in the kitchen. I have learned so much through this process, and have made so many wonderful friends along the way, friends who all love food as much as I do.
