I love reading cookbooks and they are all over the house. Some faves: all Jamie Oliver, The Breakaway C,ook, Fresh Food Fast, any Nancy Silverton, Rick and Lanie's Excellent Kitchen Adventures, My Kitchen in Spain, Savoring the Spice Coast of India. These are my most stained cookbooks.

Now I am learning about chocolate!
